Overview
Basement remodeling and finishing in Virginia, Maryland and DC
A basement is often the least expensive way to add finished living space, because the structure and roof already exist. The work is mostly about planning around what is already down there: ductwork, plumbing lines, panels, columns and headroom.
Virginia Pro Remodel finishes basements as complete projects, including framing, insulation, mechanical work, bathrooms, bars, egress considerations, flooring and finishes.
